All bikes are insured, but riders/hirers remain responsible for claim excesses and other associated costs. We recommend you check that your travel insurance covers you for these costs.

Helmets and gloves are available for hire also, but as sizing and fit can be a tricky affair we strongly recommend you come with your own riding gear to suit the season. The law requires riders and pillions to wear helmets.

All riders must have a current motorcycle licence appropriate for the size of motorcycle they intend to ride and an International Driving Permit which is available from your state’s motoring body (such as RACQ in Qld).
